No Refunds on Seamoss or Food /Drink Products
Due to the perishable nature of Seamoss and other food products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on these items. All sales are final.
Damaged Goods
We take great care to ensure your products arrive safely. However, if your product arrives damaged, we are happy to offer a refund under the following conditions:
- You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the damaged product.
- A clear photo of the damaged goods must be provided as proof.
To request a refund for damaged goods, please email us at support@ahintofmoss.com with your order number and the photo of the damage.
We reserve the right to deny any refund or replacement requests that do not meet these terms.By placing an order with A Hint of Moss, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
